Museum’s Teaching Department

The Museum’s Teaching Department works to popularise the exhibitions and other activities of the Dolenjska Museum. Through various forms and methods of work we present prmiarily to younger visitors the tasks of the Museum and its work in caring for the movable cultural heritage of Novo Mesto and Dolenjska. For this reason we organise lessons, workshops, presentations and video showings to accompany permanent and temporary exhibitions, independent teaching programmes and workshops, and we cooperate with schools in the selection of content, projects and more.
